Merci Baku is a fully prepaid journey. US$0 is charged on this website. Payment is made by bank transfer against a formal invoice, only after availability, accommodation and your total have been confirmed in writing.

Choose your departure and party size and send your request. Nothing is charged and no card details are collected.

We personally verify availability
A member of our reservations team checks the departure, the accommodation and your requirements, usually within one business day.

Receive your personalised Agreement and formal invoice
You receive your personalised Agreement — departure, party size, room arrangement, total price, currency and cancellation terms — together with a formal invoice.

Complete payment by bank transfer
Full prepayment is made by bank transfer against that invoice. A receipt is issued for every payment received.

Your journey is confirmed
Your place is confirmed and your final itinerary, hotel details and on-the-ground contacts follow before departure.

Full prepayment is required to confirm a reservation after availability, accommodation, total price and cancellation terms have been confirmed in writing.
Confirmed reservations are settled by bank transfer against a formal invoice from BlackSea Inc.
No card numbers are entered, transmitted or stored on this website.
What happens next

Prices are per adult guest in US dollars and are not negotiable. Confirmed reservations are settled by bank transfer against a formal invoice. Card numbers are never entered on this website.
Cancellation protection
Cancellation is measured in whole calendar days before Program Start, using Baku local time. Refund percentages are based on the package amount paid.
- 16 or more calendar days before Program Start
- 100% refund of the package amount paid.
- 3–15 calendar days before Program Start
- 80% refund of the package amount paid.
- 0–2 calendar days before Program Start
- 70% refund of the package amount paid.
- At or after Program Start, no-show or voluntary abandonment
- No refund of the package amount paid.
- If we cancel your departure
- If BlackSea Inc. cancels your confirmed departure before it begins, you may choose either a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled Merci Baku journey, or transfer of the full amount to another available Merci Baku departure.
Separately disclosed and accepted Special Commitment Items may have stricter non-refundable terms.

This website does not currently accept online card payments. Payment is made by bank transfer only.

How your money is protected
- Your funds are held in a client trust account
- California law requires BlackSea Inc. to deposit 100% of customer travel funds into a business client trust account. Withdrawals may be made only in compliance with California Seller of Travel law.
- Nothing is owed until you accept in writing
- Sending a request creates no obligation. The full total, the payment date and the cancellation terms are set out in writing and on a formal invoice before any money moves.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended
- Comprehensive insurance covering cancellation, medical treatment, repatriation and baggage is strongly recommended for every guest. It is not included in the package price.
- If a departure cannot be operated
- If BlackSea Inc. cancels a confirmed departure before it begins, you choose: a full refund of the amount paid for that Merci Baku journey, or transfer of the full amount to another available departure. No cancellation amount is retained when we are the party cancelling.
- No card data touches this website
- This site is served over HTTPS and does not collect, transmit or store card numbers or security codes. Payment is made by bank transfer directly to BlackSea Inc. against a formal invoice, and every payment is receipted.

BlackSea Inc. is not a participant in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund, and this transaction is not covered by that fund.
Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.

By submitting this reservation or making payment, I acknowledge that:
- travel services are provided through BlackSea Inc., CST 2173468-40;
- 100% of customer travel funds are required to be deposited into a business client trust account;
- I have reviewed and accepted the booking terms and the cancellation and refund policy — measured in whole calendar days before Program Start in Baku time, 100% refunded at 16+ days, 80% at 3–15 days, 70% at 0–2 days, and no refund at or after Program Start, no-show or voluntary abandonment;
- BlackSea Inc. is not a participant in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund; and
- this transaction is not covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund.
