A member of our reservations team checks the departure, the accommodation and your requirements, usually within one business day.

Receive your personalised Agreement and formal invoice
You receive your personalised Agreement — departure, party size, room arrangement, total price, currency and cancellation terms — together with a formal invoice.

Complete payment by bank transfer
Full prepayment is made by bank transfer against that invoice. A receipt is issued for every payment received.

Your journey is confirmed
Your place is confirmed and your final itinerary, hotel details and on-the-ground contacts follow before departure.

An optional pre-night before Day One
The programme begins on Day One with your arrival and first dinner, and we recommend — never require — arriving in Baku the day before. An optional pre-night at Four Seasons Baku Hotel may be requested for US$495 per room; it is separate from the six-night journey. Airport greeting and private transfer are included whenever you arrive. Availability and the final total are confirmed with you before payment.
