The journey connects the hotel, mornings, dinners, cultural experiences and airport transfers into one week rather than leaving you to assemble the pieces yourself.
Most lunches are deliberately left open so there is real room to wander, rest or choose something spontaneously during the day.

- Six signature caviar breakfasts at Merci Baku, on Day Two through Day Seven
- Six dinners at six different restaurants, with Azerbaijani wine
- Arrival hospitality at Merci Baku — Azerbaijani tea and light refreshments on arrival. Guests arriving early in the morning may also enjoy a regular (non-caviar) breakfast at Merci Baku, subject to your arrival time; the six scheduled caviar breakfasts begin the following morning
- Azerbaijani wine and Beluga caviar served throughout the week at Merci Baku, with light food
- Tea and desserts at Manzara, above the city

- The optional pre-night at Four Seasons Baku Hotel before Day One, and any additional night after the journey

The hotel arrangement is room-only, because breakfast is served at Merci Baku.
The programme begins on Day One with your arrival, private transfer and the first of six dinners. We recommend — but never require — arriving in Baku the day before.
Seven days and six nights: six hotel nights, six signature caviar breakfasts at Merci Baku from Day Two to Day Seven, and six hosted dinners from Day One to Day Six, with departure on Day Seven.
From the moment you arrive in Baku for your journey, you are already our guest. If you arrive before the formal programme begins, regular breakfast or dinner at Merci Baku can be arranged as part of your arrival hospitality. These are in addition to the six signature caviar breakfasts and six programme dinners.
An optional pre-night at Four Seasons Baku Hotel before Day One is arranged and charged separately, and is not part of the standard six-night package.
