2You receive your personalised Merci Baku Agreement, stating your journey dates, party size, total price and cancellation terms.
3You receive a formal invoice from BlackSea Inc.
4Payment is made by bank transfer only after you have received and accepted your Agreement and invoice.

BlackSea Inc. is the U.S. contracting entity through which Merci Baku reservations, invoices and customer payments are administered.
